Tilt?
posted by NikiJJust lost about 150k at PLO, played horrible and was badly on tilt. No idea why, happy not to lose more.
Luckily I could win about 100k in 1k-2k LimitHoldem vs. Hoss_TBF and AlRaysia so the day isn´t too bad.
Very short update this is, need to do some analyzing to find out why I was tilting so bad.

take some time to meditate, center yourself… that should take care of any tilting. love the english posts, niki.

warum kannst nur selber dir beantworten.
lass dir aber auf keinen fall dreinreden.
zu jedem ziel gibs viele wege aber des einen weg is des andren abgrund….
nimm da einfach a auszeit. viele ziele sind erreicht das schlaucht.
nimm dir einfach die zeit zum refokusieren, was dir wichig ist und was du tun must um das zu machen.
und zweifel ned soviel über dein spiel oder ob alles nur glück war.
dazu lernen ist wichig ist gut aber selbstkritik muss im rahmen bleiben denn nemand auch man selbst nicht ist unfehlbar.
nur zur selbstzerfleichung sollte es ned ausarten des kannst kaum gebrauchen

nikki u r a gr8 player not just a good one. one thing if u hit a bad downswing move down levels for a few days until u are able to tear the higher plo games on full tilt again. as mike matusow says its easy to win all tht money but he also says its even easier to lose it all.

I am a older poker player, I watch you play a lot. I f you manage your money right when you are on a losing streak, you are one of the best player on FTP. I have seen 3 good players go broke on a losing streak. Spirit ROCK was 1 that just threw his money away, and Sbrugby is doing a good of it too. K
